GRC Watch to raise SEK 7.4 million.

GRC Watch, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company operating a mutual due dilligence platform for financial business backgrounds, announced the completion of a SEK 7.4M ($900k) in capital raise.

The money was raised from investors from Sweden including DHS Venture Partners and Almi Invest.

GRC Watch, founded in 2015 by CEO Linda Hellström, developed a software platform that aims to enable fund managers, distributors and intermediaries to conduct due diligence on each other. The tool can also be used for KYC on institutional clients, has over 370 companies in 27 different countries and is the largest player in the Nordic region.
