GRIFF Aviation secures NOK 40 million from Ronja Capital

Griff Aviation, a Sykkylven, Norway-based drone manufacturer for industrial operations, announced the completion of a NOK 40M ($4.8M) capital raise.

The money was raised from the local investor from Norway Ronja Capital, which will control exactly 18.42% of the shares in a deal that values the company at NOK 250M ($30M).

Griff Aviation, founded in 2015 by CEO Leif Johan Holand, develops unmanned aerial systems intended to provide weather-resistant drones. The company's UAS are designed and built to be the finest available on the market. Griff Aviation’s "GRIFF Roughneck” has a maximum load capacity of 200 kg.
