Halodi Robotics secured NOK 26M in capital investment.

Halodi Robotics, an Oslo (Moss), Norway-based robotics company, completed a NOK 26M ($2.9M) capital investment round.

The funding was provided by new investors from Norway, which contributed with NOK 16M, and by existing shareholders, with a NOK 10M convertible loan, at a company valuation of NOK 420M ($41M).

Halodi Robotics, founded in 2015 by CEO Bernt Børich, developed a consumer robot that will make the elderly and disabled stay at home longer. In parallel, the company sells robots to research institutions to test them for other purposes.
