Hammas Hohde acquired Gasellin Hammaslääkärit

Hammas Hohde, Helsinki, Finland-based dental care service provider, announced that it has acquired the also Helsink-based Gasellin Hammaslääkärit (Gasell Dentists).

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Hammas Hohde acquires Gasell Hammaslääkärit Oy's share capital and related businesses. With this arrangement, Hammas Hohde will expand its operations to the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and take a significant step in the implementation of its growth strategy. Gasell's dentists and key executives will continue to operate as part of a new overall entity.

Gasellin Hammaslääkärit is a private, full-service dental clinic that offers professional, high-quality dental care and specialist dentistry. Located in the heart of Helsinki, the station has a long history and is known as a very reputable player, both among customers and professionals.

Hammas Hohde Group, led by Ville Pesonen, CEO, provides oral health services in seven locations and dental laboratory services in five locations in three locations. The estimated turnover of the company for 2020 will rise to approximately EUR 15 million.
