happyhotel to get funded by L-Bank and angel investors from Germany

happyhotel, an Offenburg, Germany-based SAAS developer for the hotel business, announced securing a capital funding round.

The money was raised from Baden-Württemberg's L-Bank and a range of German business angels including Swen Laempe, Fabian Silberer and Marco Reinbold. The company has previously raised money from the innoWerft start-up center.

happyhotel, founded in 2019 by Marius Müller, Sebastian Kuhnhardt and Rafael Weißmüller. developed a cloud-based software solution optimizes hotel room prices using a machine learning algorithm. happyhotel analyzes various factors such as booking behavior, events, occupancy and the competitive situation. With this, happyhotel enables small and medium-sized hotels as well as smaller hotel chains to work with dynamic room prices and to increase their sales.
