Hjemmelegene, an Oslo, Norway-based telemedicine company, secured a NOK 15M ($1.7M) capital investment round.

The money was provided by existing investor Schibsted Growth, which post-deal will control 29% of the shares and will join the board of directors.

Hjemmelegene, founded in 2017 and CEO Nicolai Skarsgård, built a platform in order to connect doctors with patients anywhere in the area they are located. Instead of the patient coming to the doctor's office, the doctors travel to the patient's home and treat it there.

Prior to this round, Hjemmelegene raised $1.6M.

Total investments received (USD): 11.2M
