Holberg EEG adds NOK 5.6M in fresh capital from four new investors.

Holberg EEG AS, a Bergen, Norway-based digital health software company, announced adding NOK 5.6M ($676k) in outside capital investment.

The money comes from  Goas AS, Steinar J. Engelsen, Televenture/Norsk Innovasjonskapital IV (NIK IV) and Bergen Kommunale pensjonskasse and will be used to continue software development and to strengthen the marketing and sales staff.

As a result, Holberg EEG is owned by the entrepreneurs (33%), Bergen Teknologioverføring (32%), financial investors (21%) and other individual investors (14%) and is now valued at approximately NOK 40M.
