Holy Greens adds Equip Capital as investor in the company.

Holy Greens, a Malmö, Sweden-based company operating a group of resturants throughout Sweden, completed an investment agreement for adding the Norwegian private equity company Equip Capital as investors in the company.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Equip Capital is a Norwegian private firm launched in 2018 by three former Herkules Capital executives led by Andreas Lysdahl.

Holy Greens, founded in 2013 by David Egonson and Nebojsa Pavicevic, built a chain of 11 restaurants throughout Sweden. The company expects to get to 25 units open in the next three years and has a turnover of almost SEK 100M per year ($10M).
