Homa Games secures $15 million in a seed round led by private equity and VC firm Idinvest Partners and VC fund E.ventures.
Homa Games, a Paris, France-based mobile gaming company, announced that it secured a $15 million seed investment round.
The money was raised from investors led by the French VC Idinvest Partners and by e.ventures, and included contributions from OneRagtime and business angels Jean-Marie Messier, John Cheng, Vladimir Lasocki, and Alexis Bonillo.
In conjuction with the investments, Benoist Grossmann of Idinvest Partners, and Jonathan Userovici of E.ventures will join the board of directors.
Homa Games, founded in 2018 and led by CEO Daniel Nathan, developed a portfolio of 30 hypercasual games which reached 250 million downloads. One the leading titles is Nerf Epic Pranks, developed in partnership with Hasbro. The company is operated from Paris and recently opened offices in Toulouse (France), Lisbon (Portugal), and Skopje (North Macedonia).
