HR DataHub raised a £1 million seed round led by the Angel CoFund.
HR DataHub, a Houghton Conquest (Bedford), UK-based operator of a HR data benchmarking platform, announced the completion of a £1 million ($1.3M) funding round.
The investment round was led by the Angel CoFund and included a range of angel investors including Chris Bruce, Michael Whitfield, Oliver Black, Ben Black and Ian Dyke.
Ian Dyke will also join as chairman of the board. Money will be used to further develop and scale the platform both domestically, and internationally.
HR DataHub, founded in 2018 and led by CEO David Whitfield, developed a data benchmarking platform, a unique proprietary database sourced from 250+ companies, that allows clients to track, measure and take action on all HR issues, including diversity and inclusion, employee relations, recruitment, engagement, learning and development, and reward. The platform is in use by 250 customers.
