Husleie adds NOK 15M in investment, looks to expand it rental management solution to the corporate market.

Husleie, an Oslo, Norway-based company providing a platform for rental management, announced in a press release that it added NOK 15M ($1.9M) more in investment funding.

The money comes from local angel investors, including Gustav Witzøe, Bjørn Ingier and Knut Stokke, at a valuation of NOK 50M. Funding will be used to expand the platform' service spectrum and address the rental corporate business.

Husleie, founded in 2010 by Kjetil J. Olsen and Knut Tore Jevnesveen, offers a basic service for managing each rental property, as well as additional services for increased functionality, more advanced administration and purchase of services associated with the home. The company targets the local rental market which is estimated at NOK 50-60bn.

Prior to this deal, Husleie raised NOK 5M in 2017 from investors including Altitude Capital, Ivar Kroghrud and Ståle Løvbukten.
