Husleie secures NOK 5M for a software solution for the rental market

Husleie, an Oslo, Norway-based company providing a platform for homeowners to manage all aspects of their lease, secured NOK 5M ($640k) in funding.

The money comes from a range of local investors inlcuding Altitude Capital, Ivar Kroghrud and Ståle Løvbukten and will be used to further grow the business.

Husleie, founded in 2010 by CEO Kjetil J. Olsen, developed an automated solution for people interested to make properties available for rent. The solution aims to help fully automate the administrative management of the lease, supporting the life cycle of the rental from advertising, renting, termination and until the residence is ready for rent.

In 2016, Husleie accounted for NOK 2.5M in turnover, at a roughly 50% profit margin.
