Hylte Jakt och Lantman acquires Dogger from Sweden and Navitek from Finland.

Hylte Jakt och Lantman (HYMA), a Stockholm, Sweden-based retailer for forestry and agriculture products, announced that it acquired two companies.

One of them is Dogger AB from Norrtälje, Sweden a retailer of sport fishing products, with a turnover of SEK 31 million ($3.7M).

Another is Finland-based Navitek Oy, which has previously worked with wholesale operations for HYMA's products in the country. They will now form a physical basis for the Group's continued investments in Finland.

Hylte Jakt och Lantman was founded in 1911 by Dutch farmers and is led by CEO Anders Carlsson. The company was acquired by Verdane in 2018, which merged it with MaskinCenter Blekinge and Duab, creating a holding called HYMA.
