IAC Vestcold AS, a Stokke, Norway-based provider of refrigeration installations and related services, announced that it was acquired by Viessmann, a German-based manufacturers of commercial refrigeration and clean room solutions.

The financial details of the transaction remained undisclosed.

IAC, led by CEO Jan Harald Eriksen, offers full range of services covering all areas of air-conditioning and ventilation technology, industrial and commercial refrigeration, cold storage construction, as well as the sales and distribution of refrigerated cabinets. The company is located in Stokke, Norway, and its operations cover the regions of Vestfold, Telemark and Buskerud in Norway. IAC is F-gas certified service partner with high focus on the environment.

Viessmann is one of the leading European manufacturers of commercial refrigeration and clean room solutions, renowned for their energy efficiency and sustainability together with ease of use and maintenance. Viessmann's refrigeration product and service portfolio includes remote and plug-in refrigeration cabinets, refrigeration systems, cold and clean room solutions as well as accessories and related services.
