iconoClass raised funding of €3 million in a round led by Brighteye Ventures and Mustard Seed Maze.

iconoClass, a Paris, France-based startup building an education business, announced the completion of a €3 million ($3.7M) capital funding round.

The money was raised from a range of investors led by Brighteye Ventures and Mustard Seed Maze and joined by angels including Cédric Sellin, Josef Bovet (SumUp, ex Tiller) and Bruno Sola.

The proceeds will be used to expand across France and open an office in London.

iconoClass, founded in 2019 by CEO Marie Taquet, offers a four-month course in the area of ​​business development. The course is based on intensive practical learning with partner companies including, Doctolib, Deliveroo, Spendesk, and SumUp. The company says the school guarantees students a permanent job contract with one of its many partner companies at the end of the course.
