Impact Pool raises $800k from Lexis Invest and angel investor Staffan Ingeborn.
Impact Pool, a Stockholm, Sweedn-based company managing a job platform for people who want to pursue a career within mission-driven organizations, secured SEK 7.5M ($820k) in capital investment.
The money comes from new and exisiting investors, including angel investor Staffan Ingeborn and Lexis Invest.
Impact Pool, founded as UN Jobfinder in 2015 by Magnus Bucht, Henrik Rydén and Jon Olsson, developed a platform that uses an algorithm to simplify recruitment between different organizations. The company has around 350,000 users and is yet to be profitable, at recorded revenues of SEK 4.5M ($500k) for 2017.
Prior to this round, Impact Pool raised money from Swedish investors including Fredrik Månsson, Helena Herlogsson, Lars Lindgren, Propel Capital and Simon Josefsson.
