Infobric was acquired by Summa Equity
Infobric AB, a Jönköping, Sweden-based company providing software and hardware for attendance systems, access control, asset monitoring, and energy efficiency on construction sites, announced getting into an agreement with private equity company Summa Equity for selling the company.
Financial details were not disclosed. Infobric will be acquired from Jönköping Business Development AB, founders and management shareholders. The management team will remain as significant shareholders in the company.
Infobric, founded in 2004 and led by CEO Dan Friberg, is a supplier of software solutions and IoT products for building sites in the Nordics. The company has developed proprietary solutions for building sites in order to solve the industry’s productivity challenges, meet increased regulatory demand for workplace safety and support initiatives to combat undocumented labour.
The company has 60 employees with sales offices in Jönköping, Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki and London and a a turnover of approx. SEK 160M ($17M)
