IOX to raise strategic investment from the Witte Group

IOX, a Dusseldorf, Germany-based developer of solutions and products in the field of Internet of Things, announced getting into a strategic investment agreement with the Witte Group, also based in Germany.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

The funds flow primarily into the production and marketing of existing in-house developments by IOX. The development of new IoT product components is to be expanded in the future.

IOX, founded in 2015 by CEO Robert Jänisch, is an IoT development partner and works with agile working methods and an end-to-end development concept from a single source (embedded hardware, firmware, connectivity, cloud and app development, production and service).
