IT Relation acquired Improsec.

IT Relation, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based group of IT service companies, announced the acquisition of Improsec, a Danish cyber security company.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Improsec, founded in December 2015 and led by CEO Jakob H. Heidelberg, is one of Denmark’s most prominent cyber security advisors. The company has built a team of highly qualified technical specialists providing independent, high-quality and in-depth technical cyber security advisory for both private enterprises and public organisations, spanning technical offensive and defensive testing to strategic cyber security advisory.

IT Relation, managed by CEO Henrik Kastbjerg, is a provider of managed IT services formed in 2016 as a merger of IT Relation, Front-data and DSI-Next, in a deal financed by private equity company Adelis. The company is now owned by HgCapital, which acquired it in 2018.
