Jayway gets acquired by French Devoteam.
Jayway, a Malmö, Sweden-based software development house, announced getting into an agreement for selling the company to the Paris, France-based software group Devoteam.
The transaction has the financial details undisclosed and was made for 75% of the shares in Jayway.
Jayway, founded in 2000 and led by CEO Philip Kron, works with large international accounts across various sectors in order to provide digital solutions based on creative, digital design combined with strong software engineering capabilities.
The company employs 240 people in the Malmö headquarters as well in other offices across Sweden and Denmark.
Jayway is profitable and had revenues of €19M ($22M) in 2017.
Devoteam is active in 17 countries from Europe and Middle east, and employs about 5500 people. The group expects to register €645M ($760M) in revenues for 2018.
