Kodit closes seed investment for an AI-based real estate solution

Kodit, a Helsinki, Finland-based startup working on building an AI-powered residential real estate data platform, closed an undisclosed seed investment round.

The backers include Icebreaker and the money will be used to further grow the operations and create a business case for internationalisation. The company is also supported by Tekes and Finnvera.

Kodit, founded in 2017 by CEO Kalle Salmi and Martti Suomela and operated by Homerun Technologies Oy, developed a real estate platform that acts as a residential real estate pricing tool and provides a service helping people buy and sell apartments.
