Komplett Apotek added Verdane as investor in the company.

Komplett Apotek, an online pharmacy provider headquartered in Sandefjord, Norway, added Verdane Capital as investor in the company.

After the transaction, Verdane and existing investor Canica will together own 100 percent of the company. The deal was part of a larger transaction involving 4 companies.

Komplett Apotek was founded in 2015 and provides a full-service online pharmacy offering a wide selection of non-prescription and prescription based products, through fast shipment at low cost.
