kShuttle secured a €3 million capital raise round backed by ODYSSEE Venture
kShuttle, a Paris, France SAAS developer, announced that it scured funding totalling € 5 million ($5.8M).
The money is a combination of €3 million ($3.5M) equity provided by ODYSSEE Venture, and €2 million in a bank loan for development assistance.
kShuttle, founded in 2016 by CEO Ména Dogan, developed provides a software solution used for achieving corporate operational efficiency and risk management via a collaborative platform digitizing all EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), BI (Business Intelligence), GRC (Governance, Risks and Compliance) processes, or ESG (Environmental Social Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
The company has has more than 70 employees and its customers include Carrefour, BNP Paribas Assurance, Bolloré, Michelin, Schneider or Safran and mid-market companies such as Picard, Guerbet, Afflelou, bioMérieux or Orpéa.
