Lanetalk to raise SEK 23 million from WiT Ventures and other investors from Sweden.
Lanetalk, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup building a digital competition platform for bowling, announced securing a pre-seed funding round totalling SEK 23M ($2.7M).
The money was raised from local Swedish investors, including WiT Ventures.
Lanetalk, founded in 2011 by CEO Roberth Risberg Strindholm, developed a bowling data platform integrated into the scoring systems at the bowling centers. The tool also provides services for finding and booking bowling alleys, and is used in fourteen countries, collecting data from 120 million bowling series.
