Layerise secures angel funding.

Layerise, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based SAAS developer, announced completing a capital investment round of DKK 8M ($1.3M).

The money was provided by investors from Germany and Denmark, including e.ventures, Heartcore and angel Ulrik Bo Larsen, who will also join as a new chairman of Layerise's board of directors.

Layerise, founded in 2019 by Ervin Draganovic (CEO) and Emil Forsmann, developed a software as a service solution used for product onboarding.
