Leadoo announced raising €5 million series A from Open Ocean and other investors

Leadoo, a Helsinki, Finland-based software developer of conversational bots, announced securing a €5 million ($6M) series A funding round.

The money was raised from existing investors from Open Ocean and included contributions resulted from a two week equity crowdfunding campaign managed by Springvest.

Leadoo, founded in 2018 and led by CEO Mikael da Costa, develops software products helping companies to convert more leads from website visitors. The company produces about €2 million per year and has 700 corporate customers in Finland, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Leadoo previously raised $3.3M from Open Ocean in 2019.
