Legl in an $18 million Series B round backed by Octopus Ventures.
Legl, a London, UK-based SAAS developer for legal providers, raised $18 million in a series B equity funding round.
The money was raised from investors led by Octopus Ventures.
Legl, founded in 2019 by CEO Julia Salasky, developed a B2B SaaS platform enabling law firms to run their operations digitally, from streamlined onboarding, compliance and payment tools to giving management critical business insights. The company says it’s now working with around 170 UK-based law firms.
Legl previously raised $7 million series A in 2021. Other backers include Backed VC, Samaipata Venture and First Round Capital, as well as angels Carlos Gonzalez-Cadenas, Al Giles, and Hayden Brown.
