Les Deux was acquired by Röko
Les Deux, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based D2C fashion retailer, announced that it entered into an agreement for selling a major equity stake in the company to the Swedish private equity firm Röko.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Röko, through a newly formed entity, II Holding Aps, will acquire Les Deux ApS in partnership with the founders Andreas von der Heide and Kristoffer Haapanen.
Les Deux, founded in 2010, built an ecommerce operation by selling a menswear brand and supported by 50 employees engaged in design, sourcing, sales, and logistics. The company sells its products direct to consumers and through 700 stores across 20 countries in Europe. Les Deux had revenues of over DKK 130M ($21.2M) in the last twelve months leading up to March 2021.
