Løgismose Meyers acquired Massive Catering

Løgismose Meyers (L+M), a Copenhagen, Denmark-based catering- and food preparing company, announced the acquisition of Massive Catering, a Danish-based catering company.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Meyers Kitchen, founded at the end of the 80s by Bo Sand Hersoug , provides the food for lunch and party at corporate and private parties.

L+M, led by CEO Jesper Uggerhøj, is a 2014 merger of Løgismose and Meyer which are two of the strongest and most recognised high-end food brands in Denmark offering a wide range of gourmet food products and services across various channels including retail distribution, food service, B2B wholesale and selected own outlets
