Luado secured NOK 3M in a crowdfunding campaign.
Luado, an Oslo, Norway-based company managing a digital marketplace for finding small household-related jobs, secured NOK 3M ($360k) in capital. The money comes from 194 investors via an equity crowfunding campaign on Folkeinvest, which ended on August 6, 2018. The minimum required amount to participate as investors was NOK 1250 ($150).
Luado was founded in 2016 by CEO Jarle Naustvik as a spinoff of the digital agency DayTwo. Before the crowdfunding campaign, the company received backing from eight external investors in the back, including Knut Dyremyhr and Bent Oustad.
