Luxion was acquired by GRO Capital

Luxion, an Aarhus, Denmark-based developer of 3D product design rendering software, announced that it was acquired by the Danish private equity company Gro Capital.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Luxion, founded in 2003 by Henrik and Claus Wann Jensen, develops product design rendering software, namely a product called KeyShot, used for creating visualizations and photorealistic representations of detailed 3D models, preparing materials and textures ahead of production, uploading of interactive product visualizations, 3D animations, and many more.

Luxion has offices in Denmark and the US, and a global footprint with a large portfolio of blue-ship customers including the likes of Google, Microsoft, Logitech, Procter & Gamble, etc.
