Mantle raised SEK 25 million from Samos and local angels investors from Sweden.

Mantle, a Stockhom, Sweden-based startup manufacturing and selling CBD-oil products, announced completing a capital raise round, closed at SEK 25 million ($2.8M).

The money was raised from the British investors from Samos Investment, joined by existing local Swedish angels Sophia Bendz, Cristina Stenbeck and Susanna Campbell and Oriflame owners Anna af Jochnick and Helene af Jochnick.

Mantle, founded in 2019 by Josefin Landgård and Stina Lönnkvist, manufactures cannabinoid, a product that's derived from cannabis and used for the beauty industry. The product is not allowed for being sold in Sweden, according to the Medical Products Agency, the local Swedish authority.

Mantle previously raised money in 2020 and in 2021.
