Masteos to raise €1.1 million from angel investors from France.
Masteos, a Paris, France-based SAAS startup specializing in rental investments for individuals, announced that it secured a €1.1 million ($1.3M) funding round.
The money was raised from a range of private investors from France, including Olivier Daligault, Pierre Entremont, Maxime Lesaulnier, Benjamin Bitton, Romain Cottard, Bilal El-Alamy, Reda Berrehili, and Guillaume Lestrade.
The money will be used for making the product available throughout France.
Masteos, founded in 2019 by Maxime Hanquier and Thierry Vignal, is developing a platform for individuals looking to invest in real estate. The company provides support and access from obtaining the bank loan to managing the property, including any work and furnishings.
Masteos has 54 employees and claims more than 80 investment operations carried out in 35 cities since its launch. The assets managed by the startup would generate an average return of 8%. Present in Paris, Lille, Bordeaux and Marseille, the startup aims to establish itself in other major French cities in 2021, in particular in Lyon, Nantes, Montpellier and Strasbourg.
