Mayd in a €13 million seed funding backed by 468 Capital, Earlybird and Target Global.

Mayd, a Berlin, Germany-based startup building a home delivery pharmacy products, announced that it raised a €13 million ($15M) seed funding round.

The money was raised from German investors including 468 Capital, Earlybird and Target Global.

Mayd, founded by Hanno Heintzenberg and Lukas Pieczonka, is building a platform for pharmacies and for consumers, providing a delivery service, with or without prescriptions. Currently the service is avaialble in Berlin only on general basis, for non-prescription products like bandaids or baby formula delivered to their door, and aims to launch a specialist platform for pharmacies.
