McMakler GmbH received growth capital from Warburg Pincus, alongside existing investors.

McMakler, a Berlin, Germany-based real estate brokerage company, announced that it secured a growth capital investment round.

The money was raised from investors led by Warburg Pincus, and including contributions from existing investors. Proceeds will be used to expand its proprietary technology and digital tools and to increase its footprint in Germany and other countries.

McMakler, founded in 2015 by Felix Jahn (CEO), Hanno Heintzenberg and Lukas Pieczonka, is a full-service real estate company, active in Germany, Austria and France. The company employs more than 300 of its own real estate agents at over 20 locations who are extremely familiar with the regional conditions. They are supported by almost 300 employees at the headquarters in Berlin, where, among other things, McMakler's analysis and marketing technology is developed.

McMakler previously raised almost $100 million, last round of $56M in 2019.
