Medoma raised SEK 9 million from angel investors from Sweden.
Medoma, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup building a service for remote health monitoring at home, announced completing aSEK 9 million ($1M) funding round.
The money was raised locally from angel investors from Sweden, including Sophia Bendz on bechalf of Cherry Ventures, Josefin Landgård and Johannes Schildt.
Medoma, founded in 2021 by CEO Johan Nordenström, Henrik Bjärtun and Mikael Kastengren, is developing an acute healthcare system providing monitoring in the patient's home through its hospital home services. The system is ideal for health providers providing doctors with a dashboard center that can be used to monitor several different patients simultaneously from a distance, and be available through video calls and physical visits if necessary.
