Meister raised $52 million in a round backed by Verdane.

Meister, a Munich, Germany-based software developer, announced the completion of a $52 million capital funding round.

The money was raised from the Norwegian investors from Verdane Capital.

Meister, founded in 2006 by Michael Hollauf and Till Vollmer, developed a software suite used for workplace collaboration. The company has some 25 million users and customers include Ritter Sport, SAP, Dropbox, and Deloitte.
