Meniga gets Chris Skinner as investor in the company.
Meniga, a Reykjavik, Iceland-based company providing white-label Personal Finance Management (PFM) and next-generation online banking solutions, announced co-opting Chris Skinner as an investor in the company.
The financial details of the matter remain undisclosed.
Chris Skinner, based in London, UK, is a fintech industry expert, author and speaker who has already been on Meniga’s Advisory Board since 2011.
The investment from Skinner comes after Meniga announced that it has become the first personal finance software provider to partner with Spanish banking giant IberCaja, as part of the bank’s drive to improve its digital offering. Meniga also recently established its fourth location in Europe in Warsaw, Poland, to meet increasing demand for its innovative, data-driven digital banking solutions.
Meniga has raised to date about $24M in risk capital, from investors including Industrifonden, Frumtak and Velocity.
