Milvue raised €8M from angel investors.
Milvue, a Paris, France-based software startup developing a software tool for better healthcare diagnosis and complete sorting of osteoarticular and pulmonary pathologies, announced completing a €8M ($9M) seed funding round.
The money was raised locally from France, from a number of 58 French radiologists.
Milvue, founded in 2018 by Alexandre Parpaleix, Malo Huard, Thomas Gavoille, Ronan Riochet and managed since 2020 by CEO Aïssa Khelifa, is developing improvement solutions adapted to radiological practice in cities, hospitals and patient care, based on algorithms derived from artificial intelligence. The tool facilitates the daily work of radiologists and clinicians, by prioritizing images and providing an initial diagnosis and is already operational in several hospitals or imaging centers in France.
