Min Doktor secured a convertible loan of $8 million.

Min Doktor, a Malmö, Sweden-based digital health startup, completed a funding transaction totalling SEK 76M ($8M).

The funding was provided as convertible debt by existing owners.

Min Doktor, founded in 2013 by Magnus Nyhlén and led by CEO Jonas Vig, is one of Sweden’s largest providers of digital primary care services. The company is losing money as of 2018, when had sales of SEK 108 million and a loss of SEK 328 million.

Min Doktor has raised more than $70 million in outside capital since its founding, from investors including Apotek Hjärtat, EQT Ventures and Inbox Capital.
