Moojo in a $2M seed round backed by APX, Helvetia Venture Fund, MS&AD, neoteq Ventures, and Red Swan Ventures.

Moojo, a Berlin, Germany-based software startup developing an instant payment solution connected with a free invoicing tool, announced closing a $2 million seed funding round.

The money was raised from investors including APX, Helvetia Venture Fund, MS&AD, neoteq Ventures, and Red Swan Ventures.

Moojo, founded in 2021 by Amir Djouadi, Christian Engnath and Utena Treves, is developing a software tool that helps freelancers and creators streamline their invoicing process and get paid instantly. The company says it plans to expand into providing insurance and lending products and it partnered with a specialist insurer, Hiscox, for it.
