Mr. Green buys Evoke Gaming from Bonnier

Bonnier Ventures, the investment company of Swedish media group Bonnier, announced entering into an agreement with the Swedish gaming company Mr Green, for selling Evoke Gaming, including its assets - gaming sites Redbet, Vinnarum casino, Bertil and MamaMia.

The transaction was made for EUR 7M paid in cash, on a debt-free basis, with an additional purchase price of MEUR 1.5 may be payable if special conditions are met.

Bonnier Ventures had acquired Evoke Gaming in 2013.

The deal is expected to be complete during the first quarter of 2018.

In 2016, Evoke Gaming recorded in the Swedish accounting books SEK 1.3M in revenues and more than SEK 11M in losses.
