MSC Group initiated the process of acquiring Empir Solutions

MSC Group AB announced that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire all shares in Empir Solutions AB and intends conducting a directed cash issue for finalizing the trasaction.

The value of transaction is approximately SEK 20M ($2.2M), in a combination of cash and equity. The sellers are Empir Group AB (Empir Group), which today is also the largest owner of the MSC Group.

Empir Solutions is a Swedish IT consulting and infrastructure management company with offices and operations in Uddevalla, Trollhättan, Skövde and Gothenburg.

The transaction is expected to be finalised during the first quarter of 2017.
