Mynt announced investment funding from Luminar Ventures and Svea Ekonomi.

Mynt, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup operating a digital platform facilitating access to financial loans for smaller companies, announced closing in a SEK 17M ($2M) capital investment round.

The money was provided by new and existing investors, including Svea Ekonomi and Luminar Ventures.

Mynt, founded in 2018 by Baltsar Sahlin (CEO), Johan Obermayer and Magnus Wideberg, aims to provide a funding resource available for small and medium companies. The company provides invoice financing and corporate loans, working with customers with annual sales amount to at least SEK 500k ($50k).

Prior to this round, early in 2019, Mynt raised almost $1M.
