Myrspoven raised SEK 52 million from M2 Asset Management and angel investors Johan Dennelind and Carl Aspenberg.
Myrspoven, a Stockholm, Sweden-based property tech company providing software tool sof building energy-usage, announced the completion of a SEK 52 million ($6.1M) capital investment round.
The money was raised from local investors from Sweden, including Rutger Arnhult, via M2 Asset Management, Johan Dennelind (former Telia CEO) and Carl Aspenberg, both via the investment company Sacpt1.
Myrspoven, founded in 2017 by CEO Anders Kallebo and Johan Brunius, is focused on energy efficiency of properties with the help of AI, artificial intelligence, which can use data from buildings smarter than what is done today.
The company manages well over 100 buildings in Sweden, with customers including SEB, Vasakronan, Brunswick, Hemsö and Klövern.
Myrspoven previously added capital investment from Klövern and SF Invest in 2019.
