N-Clean Oy was acquired by MIAB Ab from Sweden.

N-Clean Oy, a Helsinki, Finland-based company providing cleaning and facility services, announced that it was acquired by the Swedish competitor MIAB AB.

FInancial details of the transaction were not disclosed. N-Clean's current owner family will remain a minority shareholder with a 40% stake while other owners, including the Finnish private equity firm Juuri Partners, sold their stake. Juuri owned 33%, which it acquired in 2016.

The sellers in the deal are Juuri Rahasto I Ky, Deputy CEO of NClean Suvi Kuusisto, Board member Aarne Hallama and Nurmi family. Minority interest in the company remains with Nurmi's family. Operations in Finland will remain unchanged after the transaction and will not cause any changes in personnel or customers.

N-Clean Oy, founded in 2004 and led by CEO Rauno Nurmi, is a cleaning service company that serves nationwide in Finland as well as in Stockholm and Åre in Sweden. In 2017, the company's turnover was EUR 36 million and expects to reach EUR 40M in 2018.

MIAB Ab, owned by Paavo Nerg, is Sweden's largest private property and cleaning company. Established in 1979, the family company offers real estate services nationwide and specializes in providing solutions to the specific needs of different industries. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 550 million and employs approximately 1,500 people.
