Netlify raises $30M in a round led by Kleiner Perkins and Andreessen Horowitz.
Netlify, a Danish founded and San Francisco based company serving a large base of passionate web developers via a web platform where content and applications are created directly on a global network, announced raising an additional $30m led by Kleiner Perkins’ Mamoon Hamid with Andreessen Horowitz and the founders of Slack, Yelp, GitHub and Figma participating.
Netlify, founded in 2015 by Christian Bach and Mathias Biilmann Christensen, has developed software tools bringing the web into the era of microservices by creating a coherent workflow around a decoupled web, based on the principles of the JAMstack.
Prior to this deal, Netlify raised $14M.
