Organic Basics raised $1M from Nordic Eye, Bumble Ventures and Johan Uggla.

Organic Basics, an Aarhus, Denmark- and San Francisco, USA, based producer and DTC seller of underwear, completed a DKK 6,303,800 ($1M) capital investment round.

The money was provided by Johan Uggla, as well as the venture capital funds Bumble Ventures and Nordic Eye. Organic Basics still owns the majority of the company. The three investors all have a representative on the company's board,

Organic Basics, founded in 2015 by Christoffer Immanuel, Alexander Christiansen and Mads Fibiger Rasmussen, provides affordable quality basic wear for the ever more eco-conscious millennial generation. In 2017, the company relocated from Denmark to California.
