Nordkap to raise strategic investment from Vitec Software

Nordkap, a Stockholm, Sweden-based SAAS developer of Treasury Management for real estate companies, announced that it secured a strategic investment round.

The money was raised from a local software company based in Umeå, Vitec Software, through a subsidiary called Malmkroppen. Vitec's ownership after the investment amounts to 4.8%.

Nordkap was founded in the 90s and was taken over by entrepreneur Richard Hjelm in 2010, together with Sofia Holgers.

The company provides a web-based service for mid-sized enterprises for analysis and valuations of financial products and services. Nordkap has around 20 employees based in Stockholm and Malmö.
