Norris Print-Tech acquired competitor Draupnir.

Norris Print-Tech, an Aalborg, Denmark-based company providing labelprinting, labelling and data capture services, announced the acquisition of its smaller competitor Draupnir A/S/.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Both companies work in barcode solutions.

Draupnir, founded in 1997, will function as Norris Print-Tech's subsidiary, in Zealand branch, where the former key employees at Draupnir, including the founder, are part of the overall NPT staff from the office in Allerød.

Norris Print-Tech A/S (NPT), led by CEO Jacob Norris, is an independent supplier providing professional solutions, from label printers to data capture, barcode scanners to industrial mobile computers and thermal transfer ribbon.
